JOIN THE BEST VOLUNTEERS IN VIRGINIA!
The reason most people like to volunteer their time is to be able to shop at the pre-sale. Consignors also like being about to earn a higher percent as Super Volunteers.
The pre-sale event takes place before we allow the public to shop the sale, so you can find the best selection of items without lining up to get in the door.
If you consign AND volunteer during our sale, your consignor fee will be waived and earn 65% on consigned items!
Failure to report for your volunteer shift forfeits these privileges.
*Volunteers who work a three hour shift will receive one ticket to the pre-sale.
*Super Volunteers who work a six hour shift will receive two tickets to the pre-sale.
*Super volunteers who are also consignors earn five extra percentage points on consigned items (70%).
All volunteers will be entered to win door prizes.
Volunteer positions are available anyone over the age of 16. Some shifts require loading/moving racks. We welcome moms, dad, grandparents, etc. to volunteer during any shift.
Remember, children are not allowed during your volunteer shift.

Examples of the Volunteer jobs
Drop Off / Registration - Help check consignors in
and check their items to ensure top quality. Make sure their tags are
correct, buttons buttoned, clothing hung correctly, etc.
Pre-Sale - Make sure consignors have a
wonderful shopping experience. Help us in the check out area by
removing tags from items being purchased, counting tags and bagging
purchases.
Sale Day Workers / De-taggers - Make sure
shoppers find everything they need, return items to racks that are not
being bought or have fallen on the ground, watch for theft, & help
in check out area.
Set Up / Break Down - Help set up (Wednesday- Friday) or
take down (Sunday) clothing racks and tables. On Sunday this will
include making sure the venue is clean, donated items properly packed,
etc.
Door Attendant - You will greet everyone and as shoppers leave, and say "Thanks, come again!"
